Evidence Of Resourcefulness

My hired out projects....

DONE

NOT DONE

There's nowhere to set up my ironing board except smack in the middle of the large front window.  All my neighbors keep sending strange glances my way.  I guess no one irons or sews in my neighborhood.

Thanks Diane. : ) I'm liking them so much, I almost wish I could keep a couple.

Don't feel badly, I have to do all my art in my kitchen, however, no one can watch me :-). Thank you for all your prayers and kind words for Spike, he is doing well today. xoxo

Annie, I have a studio, so to speak, upstairs but it's tiny and for some reason, I just prefer to work in my dining room. Don't know why. And we're still pulling for Spike over here. : )

Thanks Char...that pumpkin was actually a bear to put together. Too many layers of felt. 8 hours of work and only $20 of pay but I DID get $20 and I did learn the blanket stitch. Very well. : )

The kitchen area is where everything happens at the manor!

Yup, I did give up coffee for black tea, except for when the king is away, since it keeps me up at night.

This may be silly, Willow, but I have visions of Willow Manor having vast hallways filled with cavernous rooms set up for various functions like sewing, reading, painting, etc. I guess the kitchen is the heart of any home, really. : )

Do you miss the coffee?
